Almost 6 years ago, a journalist called Tim Lopes was making a news report about sex and drug dealing in funk parties. He was discovered with a hidden camera and he was tortured, killed and his body was burned between a pile of tyres.

The murderers and the accomplices were comdemned to serve between 15 and 23 years and 6 months in jail. But two of them - after serving the sixth part of the sentence in prison - got a benefit where they could be out of jail during the day to work and come back at night. Well, they ran away.

It's unbelievable. How people who commited such a violent crime can have this benefit? The law should change this. Who commited crimes as assault, murder, kidnapping, rape, drug dealing, torture, pedophilia, shouldn't have this benefit. They should have to serve the entire sentence. They put dangerous criminals back on the streets with no vigilance. In some jails, prisioners don't even use the eletronic anklet. How the police and justice will be able to control them during their sentence?

This is Brazil...who ends up being fucked in all sense of the word it's us...we have to be prisioners in our own house because the true criminals are out there, spreading and taking control over everything, with the help - directly and indirectly - of the police and the justice system
